What happens when you purchase the CDROM version of FashionCAD :

1. Select your purchase method and make payment.
2. Once we receive payment authorisation from your credit card company (or receive bank funds transfer) we ship your software by courier.
3. We notify you of shipping details and the web site where you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
4. When you receive your software you follow the sinple installation procedure.
5. The installation software creates a log of your installation and your PC serial number which you send to us by email.
6. We then confirm from the log that your software is installed correctly and send to you your computer's license activation.

- Your software will then be working.

You then have 90 days of free email support to help you become proficient in the use of Fashion CAD software.

Most of us are nervous about providing our personal and credit card details digitally via email or the internet for purchases.
Hence we provide a more secure (for you) method where you can download an order form and fax it to us, (or scan it and include the scanned image as an email attachment). In this way your details cannot be spyed on or intercepted digitally.

When you purchase in your local store you show the shopkeeper your credit card and he turns it over and compares your signature with the signature on the card. We cannot physically see you card and hence you will also be required to provide a scanned image (or fax) of the reverse of your credit card. This is to confirm that the person making the purchase has the card in their possession. In this way if you have your card in your possession then no-one else can attempt to purchase using your card numbers.

Print out the order form, (by clicking on the link below), and enter your details using a dark pen also your bank name so that we can identify your payment. Then either fax the form or scan it and attached the scanned image to an email. You then go to your bank and instruct them to transfer the required payment (net of all bank charges) to our bank account the details of which are provided on the order form.

Availability and Delivery (for CDROM version):

You should receive your FashionCAD package usually within 3-5 days - depending on airline flight schedules.
The delivery package includes the FashionCAD CDROM and documentation including reference manuals and tutorials, also step by step installation instructions.

We market, supply and support almost exclusively via the Internet and you receive 90 days of free email support when you purchase FashionCAD.
